How do reminders work?

Tap Start Reminders on the Home screen. PottyPing sends a friendly notification at your chosen interval (every 30 minutes by default). Tap the interval button to change the timing, set a daily schedule, or choose how many follow-up alerts you get.

I'm not receiving notifications.

• Make sure notifications are enabled: phone Settings → Apps → PottyPing → Notifications.
• Check that Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is off.
• Open the app once after restarting your phone so reminders can reschedule.

How do I remove ads?

Go to Settings → Remove Ads in the app and choose a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is handled securely by the App Store / Google Play, and you can cancel anytime from your store account. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or switching devices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PottyPing → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PottyPing → Cancel.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Where is my data stored?

Everything — potty logs, your child's profile, and settings — stays on your device. PottyPing has no accounts and no servers. See our Privacy Policy.
